Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Galaxy Security Company Inc. collects through this website, how we use it and who we share it with. If anything here is unclear, call or email us.

Who we are

Galaxy Security Company Inc. is a licensed California private patrol operator, PPO #120873, based at 3134 W 182nd St, Torrance, CA 90504. In this policy, “we” and “Galaxy” mean Galaxy Security Company Inc.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, the form asks for:

• your name, company, work email and phone number;
• the kind of site you run and what is going on there now;
• your facility's city and a message, if you choose to add them.

When you call, email or book a time on our calendar, we receive what you choose to tell us. Calendar bookings go through TidyCal, which handles them under its own privacy policy.

Like most websites, this site also receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your request and schedule your walkthrough;
• prepare and send your plan and price;
• provide our services, and bill for them, if you become a client;
• keep business records and meet our legal duties;
• keep this website working and stop spam.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run this website and our business, and only what they need to do that job:

• Brizy, which hosts this website;
• EmailJS, which delivers the walkthrough form to our inbox;
• our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive;
• TidyCal, if you book a time on our calendar.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Cookies and technical information

Our website host may use cookies and server logs that the site needs to work and to stay secure. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site works the same way whether or not your browser sends one. We do not track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request, to serve you if you become a client, and to keep the records the law requires. After that, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what personal information we have about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Email mike@galaxysecuritycompanyinc.com or call (888) 304-2529. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act. We answer within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, such as limiting who can see it. No website, email or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be seen without permission.

Records at client sites

This policy covers this website and the requests made through it. Records we keep while on duty at a client's site, such as truck logs and visitor sign-ins, are handled under our agreement with that client.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
